The deduction of Annual Subscription for 2016-17
ALL THE SUPERINTENDENTS ARE REQUESTED TO ENSURE THAT THE SUBSCRIPTION IS DEDUCTED in their SALARY.
During the annual general body meeting held in Sept. 2011, the annual subscription from the members has been revised to Rs.600/- p.a. w.e.f.2012-13. Hence, it is necessary to obtain fresh authorisation from the members to effect the deduction at revised amount in cases where no deduction took place during earlier years. The required authorisation form is with our office bearers. They will approach you for authorisation. Please fill the same and also furnish certain particulars for compiling members database for the use of the members. Also all the members are requested to contact their DDO and insist for deduction of the membership subscription of Rs.600/- or you may contact the office bearers.

THE NUMBER OF CENTRAL EXCISE COMMISSIONERATES IN KARNATAKA HAS BEEN REDUCED TO 7 FROM 11. THE CC, B.ZONE HAS PROPOSED FOR INCREASE TO ATLEAST TO 6 IN BANGALORE AND MYSORE ZONE HAS PROPOSED 4 COMMISSIONERATE INCLUDING NEW BELLARY COMMISSIONERATE.
AS PER THE DRAFT PROPOSAL BY THE BOARD ONLY ONE ZONE FOR KARNATAKA. CC, MYSORE ZONE HAS PROPOSED FOR CONTINUATION OF MYSORE ZONE.
THE BOUNDARIES OF ALL THE COMMISSIONERATES WILL BE REDRAWN, HOWEVER THE COMMITTEE ON REORGANISATION IS ENSURING MAJOR PORTION OF THE EXISTING COMMISSIONERATES TO REMAIN.
